Program description

Trainadz US LLC (“Trainadz,” “we,” “us”) offers an SMS messaging program to provide customer care, appointment/meeting communications, and marketing messages to individuals who opt in. Message frequency varies, but we generally send up to 1 message per week.

How to opt in

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Re-subscribe (START)

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START.

Notes (important for approval):

Checkbox must be unchecked by default.

The form must still be usable if someone doesn’t check the marketing consent (if the form is for lead capture). If you need transactional/appointment texts, you can still keep it as consent-based, but don’t bundle consent into a required step unless it’s clearly required for the service the user is requesting.

B) Meeting scheduled / reminder (appointment/booking)

“Reminder: you’re booked with Trainadz on at 7:11 PM. Reply YES to confirm or reply with a new time to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

C) Marketing message (only to contacts who opted into marketing)

“Trainadz tip: Want a quick PPC account review? Reply AUDIT and we’ll send available times during business hours. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

D) HELP auto-reply (set as an automation if possible)

“Trainadz Support: For assistance email [email protected]. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.”

E) STOP confirmation (system/automation)

“You’re opted out and will no longer receive messages from Trainadz. Reply START to re-subscribe.”

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver our services (for example, messaging, analytics, and CRM providers), and they are required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
