Refund Guarantee
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
You must allow Trainadz to fully manage your Amazon PPC account for the entire 30-day period, including implementing all recommended changes.
You must attend the weekly strategy call with your account manager for the duration of the 30-day period.
Your hero products must remain in stock for the full 30 days. Stock outages on primary SKUs during the guarantee period will void the guarantee.
Performance is measured by comparing your first 30 days with Trainadz against the monthly average of the previous 3 months and the same period from the prior year. A full refund is only issued if results show no improvement against both benchmarks.
